Sass & Sauce: Redefine everything you thought you knew about being a dancer! This class will make you feel cool, liberated & saucy! ‘Sass & Sauce’ is a 18+ Hip Hop class for all levels, with each session dedicated to a different Musical Artist. Barefoot, boots, sneakers, heels… wear whatever makes you feel confident & stunning! Ms. Cari da RAGE will begin the warm-up with the moves for the rest of the class. Once the choreography begins, you will already know more than half the movement. This 90 minute session is where Dance, Fashion & Fun meet out on the floor!
