Yaritza - Caribbean Fusion: Tantra Self Love Series (Saturday)

In Yaritza’s Caribbean Fusion Class, she explores the interconnected rhythms across the Diaspora. Pulling from Dancehall, Reggeaton, and Afro-Caribbean movement, dancers will explore poly-centricity of their spine and hips: wining, circling, undulating etc. as a means of freeing the body & amplifying self expression, individuality and collective power.

For the month of February, this class will focus on cultivating sweet self-love, grounding with the elements, and experiencing our bodies through sacred movement and tantric expressions.
